We are supporting a leading organisation in the built environment as they look to appoint a PFI Commercial Manager to join their team, overseeing a portfolio of high-profile contracts in the London area. This role offers the chance to work on complex, long-term agreements, leading commercial negotiations, driving contract performance, and playing a key role in supporting PFI handbacks. What you ll be doing: Managing the commercial and contractual performance of a large PFI portfolio Leading contract negotiations and managing risk Ensuring compliance with contract terms and obligations Supporting senior stakeholders on commercial strategy Driving best value across the supply chain What we re looking for: Strong commercial management experience in PFI / Facilities Management / Built Environment Knowledge of contract law, risk management, and dispute resolution Confident in leading negotiations and building stakeholder relationships Analytical, detail-oriented, and commercially astute The Offer: Salary up to £90,000 plus car allowance, 15% bonus and excellent benefits Hybrid role with presence across the London region Opportunity to play a pivotal role in the lifecycle of major PFI projects
