Focus on improving outcomes for children and families. Provide supervision and case direction. Collaborate effectively with the service management team. Implement service and quality improvements. Work within a locality-based model, primarily based in Leominster. Attend meetings in person as required. Person Specifications Must Have: Degree in Social Work or equivalent. Significant post-qualification social work experience. Social Work England registration. Experience in child protection, PLO pre-proceedings, care proceedings, and adoption work. Strong communication and decision-making skills. Proven record of managing staff and budgets. Nice to Have: Experience in a locality-based model. Familiarity with restorative and relationship-based practice. Experience working with legal teams and court applications.
