Job Description:

• Deliver aandnbsp;diverse and engaging PE curriculumandnbsp;acrossandnbsp;Key Stages 3 and 4, with potential for KS5
• Promoteandnbsp;physical fitness,andnbsp;teamwork, andandnbsp;resilienceandnbsp;through a wide range of sports and activities
• Organise and leadandnbsp;inter-school fixtures,andnbsp;sports days, andandnbsp;extracurricular clubs
• Foster aandnbsp;positive sporting ethosandnbsp;that encourages participation, leadership, and personal growth
• Collaborate with colleagues to supportandnbsp;cross-curricular learningandnbsp;and whole-school initiatives
• Ensure all students, including those with SEND, are supported and challenged appropriately

The Ideal Candidate Will:

• Have experience teaching PE in aandnbsp;secondary school setting (desirable but not essential)
• Be aandnbsp;motivational role modelandnbsp;with strongandnbsp;behaviour managementandnbsp;andandnbsp;communication skills
• Demonstrate a deep understanding ofandnbsp;adolescent development,andnbsp;safeguarding, andandnbsp;inclusive practice
• Be passionate aboutandnbsp;sport,andnbsp;health education, and helping students achieve theirandnbsp;personal best
