Applying for this role is straight forward Scroll down and click on Apply to be considered for this position.- Customer Service and Supply Chain Location- Homebased Contract type- Permanent Purpose The Senior Manager, LandD Operations, is responsible for leading the GB BU learning function for CSandSC.
The role will partner with the GB business to support functional capability development and growth.
Accountable for identifying learning needs, delivering solutions, and leading a team of LandD specialists in the Country.
Accountabilities Partner with the BU CSSC Leadership team and PandC colleagues to understand the learning needs for the business.
Create and deliver the BU’s CSSC LandD plan.
Signpost outside of functional priorities.
Support the creation and deployment of The Way We Serve programs in the identified priority pillars Ensure robust processes are in place and followed to deliver CAPEX, Technical and QESH, regulatory and compliance training needs.
That training is delivered on time, effectively and consistently with an ROI for all technical training.
Deploy a robust LNA process, incorporating 70/20/10.
Ensure this is regularly reviewed with Site management teams and PandC BPs for alignment to business priorities.
Leverage analytics to effectively gain insights into LandD.
Establish and monitor KPIs.
Analyse training effectiveness making the necessary adjustments to ensure we create a culture of continuous learning and value add within the business.
Ensure consistent frameworks, matrix''s, are in place and regularly reviewed Manage the Country budget.
Including creation, forecasting, tracking and allocation aligned with BU’s needs Oversee the Identification of cost-effective training solutions and vendors Partner with LandD Services to deliver a positive LandD experience, ensuring training management is proactively planned and delivered against Works with PandC BP to deliver key messages on leadership and management training and talent initiatives Conduct regular reviews/audits to monitor and control learning best practice and alignment of standardisation processes Develop, coach, lead and manage a high performing LandD team (Through regular 121''s using the business tools available) About the individual You will have a strong operational understanding of Supply Chain Operations and Beverage manufacturing.
Experience in managing a team Be adaptable, conscientious and flexible in their approach and mindset.
Success metrics Team engagement- engagement survey score 70 Country compliance against legislative/KORE training 100% Delivery against projected budget Delivery of training hours against plan from LNA, all training recorded in Academy Performance metrics Aligns own activities with the LandD goals and strategies Acts resourcefully to ensure that work is completed within specified time and quality parameters Accurately identifies internal customer requirements with curiosity and challenge Seeks feedback from internal customers to identify improvement opportunities across LandD Sets high standards of performance for self and others Works consistently and accurately even at routine tasks until they are completed Proactively shares information Listens carefully and attentively to others’ opinions and ideas Provides honest, helpful feedback to others on their performance Provides useful real-time coaching to others Cultivates networks with people across a variety of functions and locations within CCEP Looks for ways to collaborate with others.
