Job Title: Counselling Lecturer

Rate: -25 - -27.50 per hour

Eden Brown are seeking an experience Counselling Lecturer for a Further Education College in West Yorkshire.

This is a part time temporary role to start 16th April until the end of June.

The hours are 4pm - 9pm every Thursday evening.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver engaging and high-quality teaching across Level 4 Counselling programmes
- Prepare lesson plans, schemes of work, and teaching materials in line with curriculum requirements
- Assess student work and provide constructive, timely feedback
- Support learners in achieving their academic and personal development goals
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, progress, and achievement
- Contribute to curriculum development and quality improvement initiatives

Requirements
- Relevant counselling qualification (minimum Level 4 higher preferred)
- Teaching qualification (PGCE, Cert Ed, or equivalent) or willingness to work towards
- Previous experience delivering counselling courses in an FE or HE setting
- Strong understanding of counselling theory and practice
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
