Our Bedford based client are currently recruting for a part time Customer Service Advisor on a temporary basis to cover maternity leave.- The hours would be Monday to Friday 9.30am to 2.30pm.

The role will involve:-

• Action general sales enquiries and ensure customer orders and enquiries are dealt with in a professional and timely manner and service levels are met (within own control).-
• Ensure customer orders, enquiries and complaints are dealt with in an efficient and timely manner and service levels are met.
• Ensure day-to-day administration within the customer service department is maintained.-
• Work with Customers & Sales Team to ensure their administration needs are met
• Updating our website and on-line presence to assist with brand awareness and consumer interaction.
• Assisting with rework or web picking, along with other duties as required within the role and when deemed necessary.
