In order to further support the team they are looking to recruit an experienced Civil Litigation ParalegalTHE ROLE:Researching for legal casesPreparing legal documentsHandling confidential client or case informationCreating reports for Solicitors based on case specificationsConducting interviews with clients and providing them with legal informationMonitoring changes to government guidelines or regulations and submitting reports on pertinent changesContacting courts to obtain evidence and transcriptsGoing to court when necessaryOrganising legal filesUndertaking general office workTHE IDEAL CANDIDATE:You will be an experienced Civil Litigation Paralegal with excellent interpersonal skills. You will have the ability to manage a busy caseload in an organised and proactive manner.
