Aftersales Administrator Position Overview Processing aftersales enquiries, customer orders and complaints from customersTracking aftersales order from processing through to despatchLiaising closely with internal teams including engineering, stores, sales and logisticsMaintaining an accurate record of customer interactions, quotation requests and documents.Providing administrative support to the after sales operations including creating and following up on leadsProviding customer certificates and documents relating to equipment Aftersales Administrator Position Requirements Proven experience within a Sales / Administrative related roleProficient with MS365 such as Outlook and ExcelStrong attention to detailBased in a commutable distance of BasingstokeExposure to an engineering / manufacturing environment is advantageousFamiliarity with CRM / ERP systems is advantageousStrong communication skills both written and verbal Aftersales Administrator Position Remuneration Salary: 24,000 - 26,0005 hours per week.
