AA Euro Healthcare is currently recruiting qualified and experienced Relief Social Care Workers to support residential and community-based services in Tralee areas. 

This is a flexible agency opportunity for motivated professionals seeking relief shifts while gaining valuable experience within established intellectual disability services.

Successful candidates will support children and/or young people in residential settings, delivering high-quality, person-centred care in line with best practice and regulatory standards.

Essential Criteria

• 
  
  
  
  • QQI Level 7 qualification in Social Care or related discipline
  • Experience working with vulnerable individuals (homelessness, addiction, or similar)
  • Strong understanding of trauma-informed practice and harm reduction
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage complex and sensitive situations professionally
  • Good IT and report writing skills
  • Legal right to work in Ireland
