Together with the Store Manager, you create an appreciative and positive working atmosphere in which big and small successes are celebrated together. You support with administrative tasks, coach and inspire the team and give everyone the chance to continuously improve and develop. You always keep an eye on the commercial success of your store, the set targets and the associated KPIs - and intervene to keep performance at the highest level.
