What an Early Years Educator at Kids Planet Lytham Lodge gets:

Pension plan.

Annual leave including bank holidays.

Monday to Friday working week.

What an Early Years Educator needs:

Must be at least Level 2 qualified in a UK-recognized early years qualification.

Excellent understanding of EYFS.

Extensive knowledge of safeguarding.

Salary details:

Qualified Level 2 - £26,007 per annum.

Qualified Level 3 - £26,424 per annum.

Salaries are based on a standard 40-hour work week; adjustments will be made for contracted hours fewer than 40 per week.
