Job Role: CNC Vertical Borer



Location: Leicester



Salary: Up to -39,040.68 per annum (depending on experience)



Metalis are currently working with an Aerospace manufacturer in Leicester, who are looking for an experienced CNC Miller to join their team.



Job Duties:

• Set, operate and program CNC vertical boring machines
• Working with Webster Bennett, Doosan VTS and Hyundai
• Working on medium to large components (600mm-1500mm)
• Read and work from engineering drawings
• Conduct inspections on parts and components
• Using measuring equipment such as verniers, micrometres, gauges etc.
• Support continuous improvement activities

Job Requirements:

• Apprentice Trained or Time Served - CNC
• Experience with Fanuc or Siemens
• Able to read and work from engineering drawings
• Happy to work rotating morning and afternoon shifts

Salary & Shift:

• Up to -39,040.68 per annum (depending on experience)
• Monday to Thursday, 6am - 3:45pm & 1:30pm - 9:15pm
