Manage contracts, valuations, cost control, and financial reporting. Work closely with project teams, clients, and subcontractors to ensure budgets and timelines are achieved. Provide commercial insight and support across the full project lifecycle. The Candidate: Strong background in MandE Building Services or construction is essential. Experience in high-rise or large commercial projects would be highly desirable. Excellent contractual, financial, and negotiation skills.
