Warehouse OperativePertemps Reading are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to join our client in Reading.Monday to Friday (rotating shifts)05:00 - 13:30 week 112:30 - 21:00 week 2Specific tasks for a successful Warehouse Operative will include: Pick computer generated orders with repetitive handling/lifting of heavy and large itemAccurately record stock movement and usage, along with product identification and use of measuring equipmentWork efficiently and effectively as part of a team and on your ownOperate saws and handle steelTransferring stock to its location using a Forklift trucks and cranesAssisting in the overall production and dispatch of customers'' orders.Maintain high levels of Health and Safety.Be adaptable and flexible in approach to work to meet operational requirements The ideal candidate for this Warehouse Operative role would possess the following: The successful candidate will have experience as a Warehouse OperativeHave a flexible attitude, be results oriented, and enjoy working in a team environment.Crane, Fork-Lift, and Side-loader experience is desirable but not essential.Health and Safety awareness.UK Driving License If you are interested in a Warehouse Operative role, please apply now!
