The successful SEND Teaching Assistant/TA will be confident and adaptable in working with students with ASD needs helping them to meet their milestones and giving them 1 to 1 support. The applicant would also have to be well equipped to deal with challenging behaviours and work closely with Teachers to support the classroom.
