This agency really encourages brands to totally re-think the role of experiential marketing, and have such a fantastic, fun and supportive culture so overall an amazing opportunity.Key Responsibilities:The overall responsibility for campaign budgets and forecasting your client spend for the year aheadPitch management and delivery for both existing clients and new prospectsPreparing detailed and accurate cost estimates for clientsManagement and motivation of the Brand Experience team. Holding regular meetings with your team, ensuring they’re motivated and working to the highest possible standardMaintaining a strong understanding of clients’ market place and competitors’ activityEnsuring all KPIs and objectives are being deliveredIdentifying opportunities to upsell client accountsBeing revenue driven and contributing to annual targets alongside the Managing DirectorNegotiating client contracts and commercialsDemonstrating creative thinking, interrogating briefs and understanding target audiencesTo be right for this role, you must be a positive, collaborative and energetic personality who is passionate about experiential and keen to help those around you develop.
