Reviewing and analyzing credit agreements within a global credit database, focusing on the US and EMEA markets. This database is designed to support clients (biggest investment banks, hedge funds, private equity funds, credit market makers, legal and financial advisors in the world) with raw data and insights into market terms and documentation.Responsibilities

Reviewing credit agreements and analyzing their key terms, including assessments provided by colleagues in US and London, where available.Ensuring the accuracy and reliability of data extracted by AI.Entering analyzed data in the database with precision.Requirements

Ability to efficiently navigate, read and understand complex contractual documents and analysis.Logical and practical mindset, detail orientated.Bachelor’s degree in law (for junior role: can be last year student).The salary range estimate for this position is up to EUR 4242 monthly. The actual compensation will be at Octus’ sole discretion and will be determined by the aforementioned and other relevant factors.
