Manpower are currently recruiting for a proactive and results-driven Technical Sales Manager to drive business growth across the Southeast. Representing an established brand with an excellent reputation in the market, you''ll be responsible for identifying new opportunities, managing client relationships, and promoting a wide range of industry-leading end-line solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales growth in the Southeast by developing new business across multiple industries
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers
  • Promote products and services through presentations, demos, and trade shows
  • Prepare sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals
  • Meet or exceed regional sales targets and contribute to team goals
  • Stay up to date with market trends and customer needs
  • Collaborate closely with internal departments to ensure top-tier customer service

What We''re Looking For

  • Proven sales experience, ideally within the labelling or packaging industry
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales techniques and customer relationship management
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Ability to work independently, manage a sales pipeline, and meet deadlines
  • Willingness to travel across the Southeast and stay overnight when required
