Pearse Professionals are delighted to be partnered with an innovative, high-growth private equity backed technology business, currently seeking a Finance Director on a remote basis.The Finance Director is responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the company. They ensure the company’s financial health and integrity, align financial management with the company’s strategic goals, and support executive management in making sound business decisions.Responsibilities

Lead the finance team in managing day to day financial operations, including accounting and reporting.Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls.Provide strategic financial input and leadership on decision making issues affecting the organisation.Prepare and present financial reports to the board of directors, stakeholders, and executive management.Partner with the Senior Leadership Team to budget costs and overheads.Oversee the preparation of the company’s financial statements and ensure their accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.Manage the company’s cash flow and oversee investments and capital structure.Identify and manage financial risks, ensuring that the company has strategies in place to mitigate these risks effectively.Oversee the company’s insurance policies, ensuring adequate coverage and risk management across all aspects of the business.Ensure the company’s compliance with tax laws and accounting regulatory standards, maintaining a strong stance on financial legality and integrity.Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes, improve financial performance, and achieve organisational goals.Maintain relationships with financial institutions, auditors, and other external partners.Job Requirements

A professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) and a bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.Proven experience in a senior financial leadership role, preferably in a similar industry.Familiarity with recurring revenue and professional services operating models would be advantageous.Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage and develop a high performing finance team.Private Equity experience desirable, with an understanding of Investor and lender reporting requirements.Excellent data and systems skills required, and ability to leverage data, AI and tooling to automate reporting requirements and provide data driven insights (Power BI, Power Query etc).Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information clearly and concisely.To apply, please submit an up to date CV if you would like to work for a results driven, high growth business set to become a clear market leader in its space.Additional Information
