As a Regional Community Fundraising Manager you will: Lead and grow the charity regional community fundraising programme to increase income and engagement.Inspire and support individuals, schools, faith groups and local businesses to raise funds.Lead and support two Community Fundraising Officers, fostering a collaborative, high-performing team culture.Recruit and steward regional fundraising committees and volunteers.Ensure all community supporters receive exceptional care, motivation and recognition.Monitor income and performance against KPIs and targets.Collaborate across departments to share success stories and amplify campaigns. To be successful, you must have experience:Proven success in community fundraising or a similar supporter led roleA natural flair for building relationships with diverse supportersExperience working with families, volunteers, or local groupsLeadership experience with the ability to inspire and empower othersThe flexibility to travel across the UK, including some evenings and weekendsThe ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentKnowledge of fundraising databases and regulations Salary: £40,000- £4
