Senior Account Director - Formula 1

OverviewSenior Account Director – Global Formula 1 Partnership. Lead the strategy, execution, and growth of a high-profile global Formula 1 brand partnership, overseeing premium hospitality programs and headline activations across Grands Prix worldwide. As the senior client lead, manage relationships with C-suite stakeholders, rights holders, and partner agencies, guiding a multi-disciplinary team to deliver world-class brand experiences—both at-track and beyond.
Responsibilities
Lead strategic planning and delivery of global F1 partnership initiatives
Oversee premium hospitality and experiential activations at international events
Manage senior client relationships and act as the primary point of contact
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure flawless execution
Drive account growth and identify new opportunities for innovation and impact
Required Experience
Proven expertise in Formula 1 sponsorship and hospitality, either agency-side or in-house
Strong track record in client leadership, strategic planning, and team management
Commercial acumen with experience owning budgets and driving revenue growth
Demonstrated success in delivering premium experiences for global brands and C-suite audiences
Outstanding organisational, communication, and presentation skills
Willingness and ability to travel internationally and thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
