As a Multi Trader, you\''ll be carrying out reactive maintenance and repair works on social housing properties. This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same, offering stability, excellent pay, and the chance to make a positive impact in local communities.Day-to-day responsibilities include:Completing maintenance and repair tasks on social housing properties.Responding to tenant and property manager requests in a timely manner.Delivering high-quality workmanship on all jobs.Carrying out inspections and identifying repair needs.Collaborating with other maintenance operatives and external contractors.Qualifications

Proven experience in domestic reactive maintenance. (8 years preferred)A proactive, reliable, and high-standard approach to work.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.NVQ/City and Guilds qualification (preferred)What\''s on offer
