Field sales role selling a premium/high end architectural and structural glazing solution involving a high technical design-led servicePromote bespoke aluminium solutions including entrance doors, bi-folding doors, sliding doors, windows, curtain walls (production and installations)Target high end residential or design led commercial customersThree days a week on the road; two days working from the client’s M62 based office and showroomNew business development targeting high net worth individuals self-builders as well as architects and property developersRevenue target circa £1m in year one and £1.5m-£2m in year twoProject values from £10,000 for an entrance door up to £50,000 for architectural glazing systems and £50,000-£150,000 for some architectural projectsApproximately 80% engagement with property owners (often with their architects) and 20% with architects/property developersCreating quotes and nurturing projects while developing new businessQualifications and Skills

Must have sold architectural or structural glazing solutions to high end residential or design led commercial customersAbility to sell into high net worth individuals, architects and property developersAbility to sell a premium product and high end technical design serviceFamiliarity with entrance doors, bi-folding doors, sliding doors, windows, curtain walls or other architectural/structural glazing solutionsMotivated to earn commissionCapable of phone qualification of suitable inquiries and quickly establishing hot prospectsAccess to office and showroom (M62 area)Ability to read architectural drawings is advantageousProven sales techniques; understands solution sellingExcellent relationship building skills from factory floor to architectsStrong technical know-howCompany
