HR Change Management Specialist 12-Month FTC - Starting July Salary: £85,000 - £95,000 Role Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior HR professional to join our client on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is a critical role designed to support major transformation initiatives including a strategic reorganisation to reshape the business, unlock potential, and improve delivery capabilities. The successful candidate will operate at a senior strategic level, partnering with business leaders to design, drive, and deliver organisational change across a business area of up to 2,000 employees. You ll play a key role in redeployment, workforce planning, and ensuring our people are aligned with our future operational goals. What you''ll be doing: Lead Strategic Change Initiatives Champion and execute end-to-end change management, focusing on strategic reorganisation and business transformation. Business Partnering at Scale Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and directors, delivering high-impact HR solutions that align with business objectives. Organisational Design and Workforce Planning Lead and advise on reorganisation processes, workforce restructuring, and redeployment strategies aimed at improving effectiveness. Employee Consultation and Engagement Work closely with HR teams to ensure transparent, compassionate consultation processes, upholding our people-first values.
