• Design and deliver nutritious, high-quality meals tailored to a variety of dietary needs (including vegetarian, diabetic, and texture-modified diets)

• Manage stock, budgets, and suppliers efficiently while minimising waste
• Engage directly with residents to understand preferences and elevate their dining experience

• Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Chef
