Join our dynamic Asia Pacific research team as a Research Analyst as a Korean language speaker.At Chambers and Partners, researchers gather information from submissions, deal reports, and the business press to shape legal rankings and editorials. You will work with the Research Manager to drive excellence across research activities and editorial output, with opportunities for growth across departments.Main Duties and Responsibilities

Background research to understand assigned practice areas and jurisdictions.With the support of the Research Manager, determine which lawyers to contact for interviews.Conduct probing interviews with lawyers and interview in-house counsel and other third-party experts by telephone or online questionnaires.Accurately log communications and continually assess the progression of research.Pursue research leads provided by the Chambers team or discovered through independent research.Develop an understanding of and relationships with key market participants.Analyse data collected during the research phase to create accurate and impartial ranking tables.Assess law firms and individual lawyers to provide an accurate hierarchical ranking.Produce informative, business-focused editorials for Chambers’ website and print guides, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality where required.Identify what makes each firm different and why it may appeal to particular clients; understand the personalities and strengths of leading lawyers.Meet editorial deadlines and take ownership of the process, reporting challenges when producing accurate and informative editorial.Write internal reports at the end of a research phase to direct future research efforts.Skills And Experience
