You will be responsible for delivering a customer focused supportive service to homeless households residing in temporary accommodation with a focus on taking all necessary steps to maximise tenancy sustainment You will be responsible for ensuring that customers are supported with completing Housing Benefit application, ensuring that the rent accounts have been set and that the rent is collected You will liaise with landlords and property providers to build relationships and ensure that repairing obligations and health and housing safety rating standards are met.
