A top US law firm with a growing presence in London is seeking a skilled Investment Funds Attorney to join their dynamic team. The firm is known for its expertise in fund formation and regulatory matters, offering a diverse range of fund-related services to clients across private equity, hedge funds, credit funds, real estate, and other alternative investments. Working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, you will have the opportunity to engage with leading fund managers and high-profile clients while developing your expertise in fund structuring and regulatory compliance.

The Role

As an Investment Funds Associate, you will play a key role in advising clients on the structuring, formation, and regulation of private funds. Your responsibilities will include:Advising clients on the structuring and formation of private investment funds

Providing regulatory guidance on fund management and compliance matters

Drafting and reviewing fund documentation, including partnership agreements, offering memoranda, and subscription documents

Collaborating with cross-practice teams on complex fund-related transactions

Developing and maintaining strong client relationships by offering tailored, practical legal solutions

Your Profile

Qualified solicitor (EandW) with 1-4 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in investment funds

Exceptional legal drafting, negotiation, and communication skills

Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

In-depth knowledge of fund structures, regulatory frameworks, and financial laws relevant to private funds

Strong academic background and excellent written communication skills
