£76,194pa to £104,600pa (dependent on location and experience) plus an extensive benefits package.LOCATION:

Own and evolve the product vision and roadmap for channel integration, ensuring alignment with the wider Customer Decisioning strategy.
Partner with engineering leads, architects, and delivery teams to design and deliver APIs, SDKs and integration patterns that connect our decisioning ecosystem into digital and non-digital channels.
Act as the voice of the customer and business – ensuring decisions are grounded in delivering better, more personalised experiences and measurable value.
Translate complex needs into clear product backlogs, epics and user stories; continuously prioritising to maximise value delivered.
Work closely with channel product managers and business stakeholders to understand integration requirements and align delivery.
Champion modern product management practices across the lab – including discovery, experimentation, and outcome-focused delivery.
Collaborate with partners across technology, data, risk and compliance to ensure solutions are safe, scalable, and sustainable.
Qualifications
Strong experience as a Product Owner, ideally in complex, multi-channel or integration environments.
A track record of leading product roadmaps, managing backlogs, and working with multiple feature teams.
Experience working with APIs, SDKs, and system integration – you don’t need to be an engineer, but you understand the concepts and can make informed decisions.
Passion for delivering personalised and customer-centric digital experiences.
Strong stakeholder management skills – able to bridge business, technology, and design communities.
Comfortable working in agile environments with cross-functional teams.
Experience in large-scale transformation or platform delivery is an advantage (e.g. decisioning, martech, or personalisation platforms such as Pega CDH).
