Fund Controller - Private CreditLocation: London Salary: £70,000 - £80,000 + benefits, depending on experienceOur client, a market leading and fast-growing private credit investment manager, is seeking a Fund Controller to cover a maternity leave within their London finance team. The firm has raised several new funds and offers a collaborative, inclusive environment with excellent exposure to portfolio management and senior leadership.This role will suit a qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with 2-3 years'' in-house private credit experience, covering both closed-ended and open-ended fund structures.Key ResponsibilitiesOversight of multiple private credit funds, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of all deliverablesManage third-party administrators and review NAVs, investor reports, capital calls, and distributionsReview and validate management and performance fee calculations, IRR and multiple reportingMonitor fund liquidity, cash flow forecasting, and leverage facilities including drawdowns, repayments, and covenant reportingLead quarterly and annual reporting cycles, including audits and financial statementsSupport new fund launches and process improvement initiativesLiaise with investment and portfolio management teams on deal funding and ongoing reportingEnsure compliance with AIFMD, and other regulatory reporting requirementsCandidate ProfileQualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)Suit 2- 3 years'' experience in-house within private credit, direct lending, credit opport
