Global Benefits Specialist , you will:Manage day-to-day benefits administration across multiple international offices.Partner with the Comp and Benefits Director and Benefits Manager to design, implement, and benchmark competitive benefit programmes.Act as a subject matter expert, ensuring offerings remain attractive across diverse markets.Support enrolment, employee queries, and global initiatives while maintaining compliance.Report directly to the

Senior Director of Compensation and Benefits .What We’re Looking For

Bilingual in English plus French, Italian, or Spanish.Proven

international benefits experience

(experience in France highly desirable).Strong knowledge of global HR/benefits practices, with ability to work across multiple regions.Confident communicator with excellent stakeholder management skills.What’s on Offer
