We have partnered with a non-profit company who are looking for a payroll Bureau Advisor to start asap, on a 12-month fixed-term contract. It is a hybrid role, with 3 days a week working from home.Payroll AdvisorHerefordshire 23,826 - 28,251Hybrid 2 days in office per week.Main Responsibilities / Accountabilities:To be the client account manager for a group of specified clientsTo lead in the delivery of payroll/pension/administrative/contractual advice and support to clients and managers/employees within the company.To support the management team in ensuring the provision of high-quality and consistent payroll/administrative/contractual advice and support services are delivered efficiently and in the most cost-effective way.To support in the management of the delivery of high-quality end-to-end HR and Payroll transactional processes.To assist with HMRC reconciliations and escalating any queries accordinglyTo be responsible for the invoicing of clients on a monthly, quarterly and annual basisTo continuously review working practices, make recommendations and support the implementation of improvements to service delivery, including system developmentsTo assist in facilitating employees'' BACS payments and any other third-party paymentsTo ensure employees are paid correctly and promptly and that all compliance matters pertaining to Payroll are adhered to.If this is of interest to you or if you have any questions, then please get in touch ASAP with your most up-to-date CV, or feel
