Personal Assistant
A growing organisation is looking for an ambitious Personal Assistant / Projects Co-ordinator to provide high-level support to the People and Development Diirector. This is a hybrid role, working from City, London office 3 days per week. The successful candidate will be part of a small, close knit team supporting the organisation''s People and Development strategy. Duties will include: Providing comprehensive executive support including diary management, report preparation, follow up on meeting actions, travel arrangements, Preparing communications, briefings and documentation on behalf of the Director Attending meetings and taking minutes Producing People related reports Utilising project management tools to track progress of People projects Producing meeting packs, presentations and supporting documents This would suit a candidate with experience in a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, HR Administrator, People Project Co-ordinator, or similar role for a medium sized business in a fast-paced industry. You will demonstrate excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. A high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, is essential, alongside strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
