The Role :

- Position: Pastry Chef de Partie

- Location: Chelsea, London

- Contract: Full-time (48h/week)

mix of shifts

- Salary: £15.50ph

What Were Looking For :

- Valid right to work in the UK (essential)

- Proven experience as a Demi CDP or Commis in pastry, ideally in high-end restaurants

- Passion for Mexican-inspired desserts (or eagerness to learn!)

- Strong skills in plated desserts, chocolate work, and pastry prep

- Creativity, precision, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen
