You will play a pivotal role in shaping future design strategies, innovation pipelines, and engineering standards for high-end interior systems.This is a unique opportunity to influence short, medium and long-term technical direction, working at the forefront of cockpit design and engineering excellence.Key Responsibilities Drive development of the Trim and A-Surface engineering knowledge base, including: Bills of Design DFMEA documentation Commodity strategies Innovation roadmaps Define and update engineering requirements and validation test specificationsProvide technical expertise to programme teams, including: Quality issue resolution and Part release support Conduct benchmarking activities to identify best-in-class solutions Engage with suppliers to track emerging materials and manufacturing technologies Define and manage validation plans for new concepts and design changes Support sustainability and environmental initiatives within cockpit components Collaborate with stakeholders across Design, Attributes, and Perceived Quality Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirementsK
