The New Business Coordinator position involves:Creating pipeline opportunities for the businessWorking with the CRM system to update the existing informationIdentify and research areas and specific informationWorking with the marketing team to create new ideas to excite and attract new clientsBeing the first point of contact through telephone, email and lettersBooking meetings for the New Business ManagerLiaising with clients and being the first point of contact for themSending out the relevant information to potential and new clientsConverting leads into new business To be considered for the New Business Coordinator position you will:Have proven ability to adapt within a fast paced environmentMaintain previous telephone or customer service experienceHave previous CRM experienceBe confident when speaking with clients and be a fantastic relationship builderMaintain strong written and verbal communication skillsHave outstanding attention to detailWork with confidence on the PC and all Microsoft packages This is a fully remote position and will require the candidate to be able to work from home effectively.
