Overview

Senior Quantity Surveyor Up to £90,000 plus package. Commercial Interiors Fit-out in W London and Berks / Bucks / Herts.Responsibilities

Work on a number of technical projects in North West London and Bucks, Berks and Herts; report to the Commercial Director; fully responsible for a number of projects.Estimate, develop and review target costs, forecast and cash flow analysis.Assist in all aspects of financial control of the project including valuations, measurements and cost reports; attend meetings; ensure adequate cost monitoring and management is undertaken.Coordinate and agree the production of final accounts with various parties to ensure that project approvals and completions can be obtained at the required times.Role is office based with work from home and site visits as required.Qualifications

At least 8 years solid, practical experience and a stable background with extensive experience gained within a suitable Interiors Main Contractor, preferably Design and Build and preferably with experience of fast track fitting out.Quantity Surveyors with other construction-related experience will be considered if they show the right drive to succeed within a fast-paced environment.Focused attitude, excellent communication skills, ability to work as part of a team and high motivation. Ideally an HND or equivalent qualification or above.Salary and Benefits

The salary will be dependent on level of exposure to the industry and can go beyond the stated level. Bonus and additional benefits also make up the package. The group are a recognised performer in the sector in which they operate.
