• Location: Belfast or Dublin (Hybrid) | Type: Full-Time | PermanentA leading retail and wholesale organisation is seeking a Head of IT to drive strategic technology initiatives across its wholesale operations in Ireland and Northern Ireland. This is a high-impact role where you''ll collaborate with business leaders to deliver digital solutions that enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.Responsibilities

Shape and deliver technology roadmaps across wholesale and retail operationsLead cross-functional IT projects from concept to completionPartner with stakeholders to define business requirements and technical strategiesOversee budgets, resources, and vendor relationshipsIdentify new opportunities for innovation and process improvementGuide teams through tech transitions, including in-store and eCommerce platformsQualifications

Extensive knowledge of enterprise IT leadership, digital strategy, and systems deliveryStrong commercial acumen and the ability to bridge business and technical needsExcellent stakeholder engagement and vendor management skillsA collaborative mindset with a strong focus on user experience and outcomesAbility to work across hybrid environments and adapt to shifting prioritiesDesirable
