Associate Director
to join our growing team in either our

of Equity Research Analysts and Associates to deliver exceptional research outputsOversee end-to-end project delivery , ensuring all work meets the highest standards of quality, accuracy, and relevanceAct as the primary point of contact
for new and existing clients, providing daily updates and insightDrive client satisfaction and retention , addressing needs proactively and identifying new areas to add valueDevelop and refine processes
to ensure operational excellence and efficiency across all projectsCollaborate with senior leadership
to define research priorities, resource allocation, and team developmentTrain and coach team members , fostering a culture of accountability, learning, and continuous improvementWho You AreWe''re looking for a confident, commercially-minded leader who:Has
3+ years of experience in equity research , management consulting, market research, or a related fieldDemonstrates
proven team management
and mentoring capabilitiesBrings
excellent organisational skills
and a track record of delivering high-quality client deliverablesHas
experience in daily communication with clients , including handling new business discussions and ongoing project updatesThrives in a fast-paced, feedback-driven,
entrepreneurial cultureIs comfortable
balancing multiple priorities
