The role will work across sites to lead and oversee all curriculum aspects of the school. This includes overseeing teaching and learning provision, timetabling, data monitoring, student progress, organising and running Parents'' Evenings, managing Curriculum Leads and Heads of Department, and supporting the development of an ambitious and accessible SEN curriculum. The ideal candidate will have: Experience of leading or coordinating curriculum design and implementation in an educational setting. Experience of working with children with Special Educational Needs (SEN), particularly children with Speech and Language Needs, Social, Emotional and Mental Health Needs, and those on the Autism Spectrum. Proven experience of working with pupil progress and attainment data to inform curriculum planning and provision. Strong organisational and communication skills, including experience managing or supporting a team. Experience of timetabling and balancing curriculum demands with staffing allocations.
