This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a practical, hands-on approach to delivering high-quality works on time and within budget.Key Responsibilities:Providing accurate and competitive quotations for small works projectsOrganising labour, materials, to ensure smooth project deliveryConducting site surveys and assessmentsSigning off completed works to ensure compliance and quality standardsManaging and overseeing subcontractors to maintain performance and safetyRequirements:Proven experience in a similar role within construction, fit-out, or maintenanceStrong organisational and planning skillsAbility to manage multiple small projects simultaneouslyFull UK driving licence
