Resident Services Assocaite-Fixed term
Support the Resident Manager in ensuring smooth building operations and optimal customer experience from move-in to move-out, including managing resident issue resolution and enhancing resident experience through front-of-house interactions.Key Responsibilities:Customer ServiceMaintain comprehensive knowledge of apartment and communal area systemsAssist with organising resident social events and activitiesCoordinate with third-party suppliers and internal departments to handle resident requestsWork with Defects Resolution Team to validate work orders and arrange contractor accessDeliver excellent customer service and respond to feedbackCommercialPromote ancillary revenue opportunities (storage, lounge hires, etc.)Build customer relationships to aid renewals and generate referralsImplement cost and time efficiencies to meet PandL targetsOperationalProcess cases within agreed SLA timelinesConduct daily development inspections and support health and safety complianceCoordinate move-ins and move-outs with relevant functionsManage contractor access and maintain apartment lease readinessComplete all customer journey documentationSupport development asset maintenance and administrationHealth and SafetyEnsure HandS compliance and report as requiredComplete statutory checks as directedRequirements:ARLA/AIRPM qualifications desirableIT literate with CRM and Excel experienceExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsCustomer-facing experience essential (hotel, retail, student accom
