Do not miss out on this fantastic opportunity!Responsibilities of this role:Provide frequent, reflective supervision and mentoring to social workers, including supporting staff through the Assessed and Supported Year in Employment (ASYE) programme.Oversee complex child protection cases, ensuring compliance with legal/regulatory standards and high-quality assessment and care planning.Identify potential risks to children, ensuring safety measures are implemented and escalating concerns to the Team Manager when necessary.Monitor team performance against set targets, ensuring statutory duties are met, and conducting regular case file audits.Assist with workflow resource allocation, and maintaining a supportive team environment.Work with families, carers, and external agencies to ensure children''s needs are met.
