We currently have an exciting opportunity for a full-time Helpdesk Operator (Nights) to join our Facilities Management team at West Middlesex University Hospital in Isleworth. This is a permanent night role, 40 hours per week from 21:00 to 05:00, Monday to Friday.The role
To provide a professional Helpdesk service to the Hospital and Equans EandS contractsTo receive calls in hours and out of hours with a professional mannerTo support the planned maintenance programme by printing off job dockets and returning to the system when completeTo provide a professional approach towards customers and their needsTo provide administration support to the departmentWorking nights 40 hours per week from 21:00 to 05:00, Monday to Friday with a one hour paid breakThe person
Must have experience of providing excellent customer service, ideally on a helpdeskExcellent communication skills, both oral and writtenAble to work as part of a team and autonomouslyMust have good IT skills (able to use Microsoft Office and management systems)Well organised and able to prioritise workloadAbility to multi-task in a busy work environmentKnowledge of a CAFM system (Maximo) desirableOur benefits
