A Quantity Surveyor is required for a major engineering contractor operating throughout the UK, delivering some of the most critical projects.- They are an exciting, dynamic and forward-thinking company to work for with excellent long term career benefits and growth prospects.

About the Role:

It will be to work within a specialist division of the company delivering a portfolio of work.- You will work closely with the Senior Management Team to ensure projects are delivered to the standards and targets set.- You will be involved in both pre-construction and delivery.- Some key commercial duties will involve Monthly / Yearly forecasting and contractual reviews.

About You:

Ideally degree qualified or HND level

Strong commercial acumen

Focus and strength in project delivery, insuring targets are met

Structured career history within infrastructure or utilities

Strong NEC knowledge
