You will work closely with the Head of Organisational Change and collaborate with colleagues across POD and other directorates.As the Portfolio and Planning Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing and maintaining the POD portfolio of projects, ensuring that we are investing resources in the right initiatives to improve our performance and support the delivery of BHF''s strategy to 2030.Key responsibilities include:Planning and portfolio management: Maintaining the POD portfolio view, tracking all programmes of activity, and facilitating annual and quarterly planning cycles.Governance: Establishing and coordinating a POD Portfolio Group and producing reports for major governance forums.Performance and impact: Reporting on progress against strategic and operational objectives, using insights to prepare and present evidence for decision-making.Stakeholder management: Building and managing relationships with key stakeholders across the organisation, with the ability to influence and persuade.About youWe are looking for a collaborative individual with strong portfolio management and planning skills.
