A leading Hard FM contractor is seeking an experienced Foot Mobile Multi-Skilled Building Services Maintenance Engineer to join their team. You''ll be responsible for planned and reactive maintenance across multiple high-end commercial office sites in Central London.

Role Overview - As a Foot Mobile Maintenance Engineer, you will:

• Carry out PPMs and reactive maintenance on a wide range of electrical and mechanical plant
• Perform fault finding and breakdown repairs across building systems, working to SFG20 standards
• Service and maintain BMS front-end systems (basic knowledge required)
• Travel between multiple client sites in Central London on foot
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through high-quality service

Requirements - The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Strong background in mechanical and electrical maintenance
• Solid experience with PPMs, fault finding, and reactive repairs on building systems
• Electrical qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills
• Be within a commutable distance to Central London
• Comfortable with foot-mobile travel between sites
