Technical Sales Manager - Remote/Field based

Noodle Talent Partners are delighted to be exclusively supporting a growing Manufacturing business in recruiting a Technical Sales Manager to join the team on a Permanent, full time basis. This is a remote role which will require frequent weekly travel to see clients in the UK, focusing on the Southern and Eastern regions. This will be a proactive role where you will have key budgets and targets to meet through development of sales from both new (70%) and existing customers (30%). The role Build strong relationships with customers through in-person client meetings, problem solving and addressing any customer issues whilst presenting appropriate solutions to maximise customer satisfaction and optimise revenue opportunities Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and service standards at all times Proactively source and develop new customers through market research and new business development activities (cold calls, meetings- in person and virtual, along with email management), identifying decision makers and building new relationships, providing quotations in line with needs Following up and converting leads Demonstrate technical expertise of WasteWater Treatment solutions through a consultative approach and understanding of customer needs, promoting solutions and outlinining features and benefits Maintain a strong understanding of your customer base, managing customer spend, monitoring buying activity and identifying opportunities.
