Leonardo – IT Systems Analyst role based in Edinburgh, United Kingdom. The role involves deployment, technical administration and support of a wide variety of Business Applications, including engineering tools and other business applications.What You''ll Do As An IT Systems Analyst
Be an expert in business applications with knowledge of installation and configuration in the wider Engineering environment and other functional disciplines, including offerings from a wide range of bespoke and industry-leading vendors.Act as the subject matter expert, providing professional advice and making recommendations to support business queries and requirements definition.For assigned business applications, design and develop business processes using preferred tools.Support established in-house developed solutions.Provide advice on application configuration procedures and guidelines.Enhance existing business processes and highlight opportunities for efficiency and effectiveness.Adhere to Change Management processes for all business deliverables.Provide support for migration projects as required.Deliver early life support for new solutions.Collaborate with internal and external experts to develop solutions for incidents and problems.Communicate effectively with key stakeholders.Recognise and adhere to industry standards relevant to the business.What You''ll Bring
Ability to operate independently with limited supervision.Competence in enterprise platforms and application integrations.Proven experience with business applications and understanding of some of the following: Teamcenter Unified, P6 Primavera, Cyberark, Cloudera, PTC Windchill, JIRA, Azure, Java, SQL / Oracle Database.Security Clearance
