The Position:Counterbalance FLT DriverShifts:Need to be flexible: 12-hour shift patternDays:06:00 to 18:00Nights: 18:00 to 06:00The Location:Grays, West Thurrock, Essex, RM20 4ALPay and Benefits : 18.02 per hour inclusive of shift allowance The responsibilities: Movement of loaded pallets from palletization to wrapper / wrapper to floor spots/ floor spots to conveyorinfeed.Movement of empty pallets from rack to floorUsing wrapper machineWorking safely and maintaining areas standardsUsing marked pallets spots when placing on the floorHigh levels of awareness for working in pedestrian interface areaThe ideal candidate:You will have at least two years experience on a FLTYou will hold an in date and RTITB / ITSSAR or AITT accredited licenceAble to work long term on the designated shift patternYou will have an energetic, can-do-attitudeA naturally proactive, confident and self-motivated individualExcellent verbal and written communication skillsBasic computing skillsAble to follow instructions and processesResults driven Able to work in a faced paced team environmentSelf-motivated, able to initiate and follow tasks through to completionBenefits package includes:Weekly payEquivalent of 32 days holiday per annum accrued weeklyLong term, ongoing assignment with temp to perm opportunitiesFre
